Payout Shoot - Amounts equivalent to registration fee to the 2024 The Vegas Shoot!
Check payments will be awarded to the overall first place winners of each division at the end of the tournament.

Participation limited to 70 archers!
This will be a one day event following NFAA Foundation's The Vegas Shoot tournament format with a few variations.

Event Details
This tournament will follow all published The Vegas Shoot Rules with a few exceptions to adjust this event to a one day tournament.

General Information
Championship divisions entry fee: $75
Flight divisions entry fee: $50
All shooting divisions will combine male and female archers.
Archers may only register in ONE division.
Pre-registration is required to participate.
Doors open at 9am
Shooting starts at 10am
Tournament Details
Target:
-
All divisions will shoot on either the 40 cm Vegas three-spot or the 40 cm single-spot face.

After the fifth end of the competition, target faces are changed from bottom to top or vice versa.

Archers can switch target faces (single-spot or three-spot) at any time during practice rounds and competition.

Targets will be at 20 yards.
Tournament Format:

Tournament will consist of a Round stage and a Shoot Off stage.

All divisions will shoot the Round Stage.
-
Only Championship divisions will move to the Shoot Off stage.

Archers within each division will be ranked based their total score earned during the Round stage.

Championship divisions:
-
Top 5 ranked archers will automatically move to the Shoot Off stage.

If ties occurs based on cumulative round scores, x count will NOT be used to break tie.

If ties occurs for 5th place, archers tied for this position will automatically move to the Shoot Off stage.

Flight divisions:
-
If ties occurs based on cumulative round scores, x count WILL be used to break tie.
-
If ties occurs based on cumulative round scores and x count, then archers will have a shoot off following guidelines below.

Round Stage:
-
Two 300 rounds will be shot.
-
Each round consist of 10 ends of 3 arrows per end.
-
A time limit of 2 minutes per end will be followed.
-
Final score will be calculated by adding the two 300 scores. Max of 600.
Shoot Off Stage:
-
The shoot off will include one practice end followed by end-by-end sudden death.
-
The first end will be scored with regular scoring followed by scoring where only the x ring scores 10 points.

After each end, only those still tied with the highest score will continue in the shoot off.

All archers’ placement in the tournament (other than first, second or third) will be determined by the order in which they drop out of the shoot off.

If more than one archer drops out of the shoot off for second or third place, these archer will have a separate shoot off.

If needed for fourth place and lower, if more than one archer drops out of the shoot off in the same end, those archers will be placed based on their total score and x-count of the two 300 rounds, including the score and x’s accumulated in the shoot off.
Awards:

First place in each division will be awarded The Vegas Shoot entry fee for the specific division the archer competed in.

Championship divisions:

Requires a minimum of four archers per championship division to award The Vegas Shoot entrance fee award.

Flight divisions:

First place The Vegas Shoot entrance fee award is guarantee for each flight division winner.

The number of entries in each division will determine the number of placement awards.

Flight placement will be determined at the discretion of the tournament management.
